PLAY / FORWARD visualizes a new chapter in the history of VERZAMELD WERK, reviewing its past avant-garde position as a gallery, while tracking new future concepts and challenges.
Featuring work by Anu Tuominen (FI), Kristof Van Gestel (BE) and Richard Hutten (NL), the (re)opening exhibition includes diverse disciplines, proposing visual connections and ‘play'ful attitudes. Several side projects will be launched during the exhibition period, focussing on parallel themes and offering the artists further and changing exposure possibilities.
